Restorative dentistry

Caries is the most widely spread oral disease witch causes not just cosmetic problems but also weakening of the teeth, pain and swelling and, ultimately, losing of the teeth.

Regular preventive check-ups with your dentist and early detection of caries is the most effective way of treating it, stopping it from spreading. Untreated, caries continues on the destructive path and can cause much sever consequences - inflammation of the pulp of the tooth.

Completely removing caries and substituting destroyed tooth tissue with composite filling is in the core of modern restorative dentistry. Further more, if the pulp of the tooth is affected, the treatment requires extracting the decayed tissue and filling the pulp chamber with special paste, removing the cause of the inflammation.

In any case, the patient leaves the office with his or her tooth completely functionally and cosmetically restored.
